The L'Oréal Diactivateur 4.5% (15 Vol.) is the most intensive developer in the DIA range from L'Oréal Professionnel. It was specially developed for use with DIA Light and DIA Richesse and is ideal for more intense tone-on-tone coloration, greater color depth, and reliable coverage of up to 70% of white hair.
