- Fill the small end of the brush with powder.
- With your free hand, pull the hair against the head and press the brush firmly into the roots.

Root Cover Up, although not intended for use on eyebrows, can and is used on eyebrows with great results. Use the small end of the brush (or a small tipped brush to allow for precise application). Apply only a very small amount of powder to the eyebrows.
Can I use root protection powder to cover up small bald spots?
The Root Cover Up Mineral Powder looks best when applied to hair, but if you want to conceal areas of baldness or thinning on your head, you can certainly apply a small amount of powder to the scalp. Avoid over-applying to prevent the powder from lifting from your scalp.
