- Ocean Eyes - An ice blue opens the eyes optically and makes them appear larger. To enhance the effect, simply place a nude-colored eyeliner on the waterline. Tip: It will be even more expressive with a lighter shade in the inner corner of the eye. To intensify the color pigments, simply moisten the eyeshadow brush with clear water. Then pick up the eyeshadow as usual and apply it to the eyelid
